Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee transition and migration processes for finance and accounting operations.
- Manage end-to-end transition and migration, ensuring client satisfaction and successful execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, develop migration plans, and mitigate risks.
- Lead a team, foster collaboration, and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Requires Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in Finance & Accounting, and strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, finance software, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
