Job Description

  • Being the most strategic, trusted, and preferred partner for the customer and internal stakeholders to ensure customer technical necessities are met and maintained at the highest level
  • Handling all Tech-related issues smoothly during pre-sales and post-sales
  • Providing solutions to internal parties to deliver optimal solutions to the customer
  • Assisting Solution Engineers in proposing futuristic solutions to align Dialog network and customer network for a win-win situation
  • Actively engaging with BUs and providing best solutions to customers
  • Analyzing current customer network performance and predicting future issues to prevent them
  • Taking proactive measures to avoid frequent faults and ensure smooth operations
  • Engaging in necessary discussions and actions as preventive measures with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Introducing industry best practices to customers and internal teams
