Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Assistant Manager Talent Management located in Nugegoda. Responsibilities include assisting in talent management strategies, recruitment, onboarding processes, and HR policy maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
- 3-5 years experience in talent management/recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and attention to detail
- Proficiency in HR software and employment laws
