Learning & Development Initiatives:

  • Enhance Learning & Development (L&D) programs with a focus on continuous development, TNA, and plans.
  • Develop innovative online orientation packs and training materials.
  • Establish knowledge-sharing platforms for learning and idea exchange.
  • Implement succession planning and individual development plans.
  • Oversee performance management and provide career development pathways.

Employee Engagement:

  • Strengthen communication channels with employees for inclusivity.

Entry Requirements:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR Management.
  • 6+ years of HR experience, healthcare sector experience is a plus.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
