Requirements:
- 6-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in organizing recruitment campaigns and events
- PQHRM/Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows & HRIS System
- Power BI Data Visualization experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand job specifications
- Conduct Market Intelligence and Talent Mapping
- Drive recruitment analytics
- Screen, interview, and manage candidates
- Maintain candidate records
