Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and priorities.
- Utilize a creative and value-added approach to the talent acquisition process, leveraging data and market intelligence to drive results.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Screen resumes and coordinate with line managers to identify candidates who meet role-specific competency requirements.
- Develop talent pools of potential candidates to fill open positions.
- Contribute to succession planning efforts by strategically building the talent pipeline.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with 2-3 years specifically in the apparel sector, focusing on attracting front-end executives.
- PQHRM/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and HRIS systems is essential.
- Experience with PowerBI Data Visualization is considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
