Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establishing relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and priorities.
- A creative approach to talent acquisition, presenting actionable insights from data and market intel.
- Developing recruitment strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Screening resumes and coordinating interviews based on role-specific competency requirements.
- Building talent pools and contributing to succession planning.
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with 2-3 years in the apparel sector.
- PQHRM/Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Windows & HRIS System.
- PowerBI Data Visualization experience is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
