Job Description

Client: Leading Finance company in Sri Lanka
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support for system-related issues to minimize operational disruptions.
- Monitor system performance, conduct maintenance, and implement updates for enhanced functionality and security.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and other departments to identify system requirements and propose improvements.
- Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
- Conduct training sessions to optimize staff efficiency in system usage.
- Participate in system upgrades and new implementations aligned with business objectives.
Expected Profile:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of system support or IT support experience, preferably in finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and applications (e.g., ERP systems).
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
