Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives as per Group Sourcing Priorities.
- Formulate sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Incorporate key business needs for maximum benefits.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and best practices for improvements.
- Build strong supplier relationships for goal alignment.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of strategic sourcing experience in apparel.
- Experience as senior supply chain analyst preferred.
