Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager at Spencer Denim Industries Pvt Ltd located in Colombo District. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the team, coordinating production schedules, ensuring quality control, and implementing process improvements. This role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
