Job Description
Leading Steel Suppliers in Sri Lanka is looking for an Assistant Manager- Service Station.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the service station, including customer service, vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
- Supervise and train service technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement service schedules to meet customer demand.
- Maintain inventory levels and order parts and supplies as needed.
- Monitor and analyze service station performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive service environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of automobile engineering and repair processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to automotive service stations.
