Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute production schedules for the Oral Solid Dosage plant, ensuring smooth operations on the manufacturing and packaging floors
• Monitor compliance with cGMP, GDP, and quality assurance protocols for all production activities
• Handle deviations, conduct change controls, and investigate incidents in alignment with eQMS standards
• Prepare, review, and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes
• Facilitate on-the-job training for department staff in coordination with the training team
• Utilize SAP ERP to manage essential production functions, including material requests, production orders, and inventory tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field. Minimum 4 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, focusing on Oral Solid Dosage formulations
• Strong understanding of cGMP, GDP, and EHS standards for compliance and workplace safety
• Proven leadership skills to lead and motivate a team, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar systems for production and inventory management. Strong time management and flexibility skills to handle pressure, multiple priorities, and shift-based schedules
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to quickly resolve production issues and maintain continuous workflow
