Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Effectively managing compensation and employee benefit programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Overseeing leave and attendance to ensure accurate records and compliance with labor laws.
- Conducting comprehensive performance management to enhance employee productivity and achieve organizational goals.
- Handling all aspects of staff onboarding and off-boarding processes efficiently to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintaining robust HR systems and preparing detailed HR analytics for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years experience as an HR Generalist.
- Qualified in HRM from a recognized institute.
- Well-versed in labor laws and their practical application.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English, ability to work independently, and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
