About the Role:
Join us as an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive in Category Marketing at SkillzsearchPR. Lead and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive category growth, enhance customer loyalty, and elevate brand equity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet revenue targets and collaborate with teams for category growth.
- Develop marketing strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Oversee brand activities and ensure consistency for customer satisfaction.
- Lead product and brand plan execution, contribute to new developments.
- Ensure sales standards and optimal stock levels with supply teams.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior for growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Marketing or related degree, CIM / SLIM qualification preferred.
- 5-7 years experience in brand management or marketing.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.
- Strong English command with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Creative, strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
