Job Description
- Secure new business by arranging meetings with potential clients and providing comprehensive quotations.
- Build business relationships, support all product lines, and provide relevant data and meetings.
- Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, opportunities, and threats.
- Collect feedback from customers through surveys and interviews to enhance service performance.
- Maintain statistics to improve market share.
- Share information with stakeholders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure service quality consistency by following processes and driving quality improvement.
