Our client, JFS Holdings Limited, a leading Joint venture Shipping Agency and Logistics Company, is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Executive Assistant Manager to lead their Sales & Marketing team. With a strong presence in global shipping operations, our client offers a dynamic and rewarding environment for career growth and development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Sales & Marketing team to achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance retention and profitability.
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in the Shipping and Feeder Operation industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Leadership qualities with a track record of team management and development.
