Job Description
We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka, looking for an Assistant Manager – Actuarial (Reporting) for a reputable industry leader in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
The Job Role:
The person will be responsible for conducting analysis and executing reporting on the financial performance of insurance products.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Supporting supervisor in preparing business plan projections and annual planning process.
- Conducting experience investigations and setting up Actuarial assumptions.
- Supporting Life division for customer queries and valuation team for universal life fund.
- Assisting in AV/EV/VNB reporting assignments and evaluating incentive schemes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics/Statistics or Actuarial science.
- 3-4 years experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of reporting functions and Actuarial related software.
- Advanced excel knowledge and excellent analytical skills required.
