Role Description
This full-time role is for Assistant Manager-Regional Operation and Maintenance at Mobitel (Pvt) Ltd in Region 06. Responsibilities include operations management, maintenance, project management, team leadership, and ensuring network availability for customers in the administrative district of Ampara, Batticalloa, and Monaragala.
Qualifications
- Operations Management, Maintenance, and Project Management skills
- Team management and development experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Master of Business Administration (MBA), UK
- Experience in the ICT industry is a plus
