Job Description
Job Profile:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing quality compliance, QMS requirements, and in-process quality assurance operations in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities may extend to leading QA role in new product transfer projects, facilitating new supplier introductions and validations.
The candidate is expected to ensure the delivery of results on-time to meet business KPIs, decision making in operational activities, participate in the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues, lead the site auditing process, governance of quality-related processes and procedures, coordination with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, conduct training & development of subordinates.
S/He will be based at the company’s manufacturing facility located in Flinth Commercial Park, Kadawatha.
Personal Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 05 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance function.
- Experience in contract manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, standards, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Hands-on experience in process validation, cleaning validation, and new product transfers will be an added advantage.
