Job Description

Scope

As the Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for ensuring that manufactured merchandise meets set quality requirements and for developing, implementing, and maintaining the factory Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare internal QMS based on customer requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide SOP training.
• Conduct process audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Clothing Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in quality function within Apparel Manufacturing.
