Job Description
Assistant Manager – Quality & Assurance
- Responsible for developing and testing procedures for chemical and microbiological analysis
- Conduct microbiological analysis
- Create and execute quality standards aligned with customer expectations
- Collaborate with operational staff to establish procedures and systems
- Manage documentation for food safety and quality systems
Quality Executives
- Monitor product food safety and quality during manufacturing
- Conduct microbiological analysis
- Ensure quality and food safety compliance
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role in food manufacturing
- Experience in UHT processing of Coconut Milk and Coconut water is a plus
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Candidates near Kuliyapitiya preferred
