Job Description
Phoenix Industries is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our PVC Production team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Production Manager to coordinate all aspects of our PVC production process, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate production activities
- Develop production schedules and manage inventory
- Oversee quality control and address production challenges
- Supervise production team and ensure smooth communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 2+ years of managerial experience in PVC production
