Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and configure software to meet business needs.
  • Deliver online user training in English.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues for customers.
  • Contribute to user guides and documentation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients within OrangeHRM.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Support pre-sales activities.

What We Are Looking For

  • Dynamic individual with strong communication skills.

  • Degree in Information Technology.

  • Experience in HR Management is a plus.

Senior-Specific Responsibilities
