Job Description

Location: Orion City, Colombo 09.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Process Excellence team to achieve migration project targets.
- Ensure process migrations progress according to agreed timelines and reporting requirements.
- Analyze organizational issues and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop new processes and provide sound recommendations to address client concerns.
- Maintain a strong understanding of process migration best practices and industry trends.
Requirements:
🎓Bachelor’s degree or professional qualifications in Business Management/Accounting. 🤝6+ years’ experience in process excellence. 🔍Proven experience in process migration projects. 📝Qualification/Experience in Lean Six Sigma will be an advantage. 🗣️Ability to communicate effectively with clients. 🧑💻Proficiency in process mapping tools.
