Job Description

We’re a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka seeking an Assistant Plant Engineering Manager for a top FMCG company in Kurunegala. Your role involves overseeing plant maintenance activities, ensuring production efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage plant maintenance, equipment repairs
• Minimize equipment downtime, improve efficiency
• Supervise engineering team, monitor KPIs
• Ensure equipment compliance with regulations
