Job Description

Job Requirements:

• Conceptualize, design, and develop innovative packaging solutions for products.
• Create prototypes and final packaging designs in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Manage packaging projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and evaluate packaging materials.
• Conduct testing and ensure packaging compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated on packaging regulations, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts.
• Provide technical guidance and foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of packaging development experience in manufacturing.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in packaging design software and materials knowledge.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and problem-solving skills.
