Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager-Packaging Development in the FMCG sector. The Assistant Manager will oversee packaging engineering, design, sustainable packaging initiatives, and R&D activities.
Qualifications
- Degree in a Science-related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in packaging development within an FMCG company.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Illustrator, or CorelDraw is advantageous.
- Certification or diploma in packaging development and quality management is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP, is beneficial.
- Experience with ISO 9001 QMS, GMP, and product certifications is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
