Job Description
We are currently looking to fill the position of Assistant Manager – Outbound Tours at InTalent Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage outbound tour packages for various destinations.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with travel partners for smooth operations.
- Maintain knowledge of travel trends and destinations.
- Prepare sales reports and collaborate with the marketing team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of outbound tourism experience.
- Strong knowledge of European and American travel destinations.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in travel booking software.
