Job Description
LAUGFS Life Sciences (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of LAUGFS Holdings Ltd., is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Colombo. As an Assistant Manager or Manager – Finance, you will play a key role in driving our financial success and growth.
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support company growth.
- Lead budgeting processes and provide accurate financial forecasts.
- Mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Collaborate with funding institutions for corporate funding strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
