Job Description
Position Summary
- Handling operational planning and management for the designated vertical.
- Monitoring Operational KPIs, analyze performance and provide management reports.
- Leading and managing the team.
- Coordinating and executing functional activities to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of departmental objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Professional qualification in Lean Management would be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role Proficiency in English & Sinhala.
- Good IT literacy skills.
- Overseas experience would be an added advantage.
