Job Description

We are a prominent recruitment firm in Sri Lanka seeking an Assistant Manager – Operational Excellence for a FMCG company in Colombo. This pivotal role involves driving process enhancements, ensuring efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities are essential for managing operational performance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Improvement: Implement SAP-based maintenance, lead Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze data, identify areas for improvement.
• Project Management: Collaborate for successful project implementation.
• Training & Development: Conduct Lean, Six Sigma training programs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work with key stakeholders for best practices.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure quality standards, safety regulations adherence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or Business.
• 3-5 years experience in operational excellence or process improvement.
