Job Description
Location: Kaduwela (Ranala)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal implementation of SAP-based preventive maintenance.
- Minimize breakdowns of production equipment, manage spare parts, and eliminate stoppages.
- S upport the leadership team in promoting Operational Excellence tools.
- Training teams, coordinating meetings, and facilitating problem-solving activities.
Expected Profile:
- BSc Engineering degree.
- 4 years’ experience in implementing operational excellence tools in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of ERP systems and modern productivity improvement tools.
- Strong planning, organizing, communication, and leadership skills.
