Job Description
A highly skilled Assistant Manager – Material Management in Inventory Management to efficiently manage our extensive SKU inventory at HFL. The person should possess thorough knowledge and proven expertise in inventory control, turnover optimization, and over-aged inventory reduction. Responsible for developing and implementing inventory strategies, analyzing turnover rates, and leading a team to ensure aggressive inventory turnover.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal levels.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, analyze data, establish strong supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts for cost savings.
- Improve supply chain processes, collaborate with other departments for demand forecasting, and present reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management / Inventory Management
- Strong analytical, planning, and procurement skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply & Inventory Management
- Leadership qualities and engineering background preferred
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
