Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing activations to increase revenue and market share.
- Develop brand execution at a national level and create awareness of products and services.
- Conduct events/workshops and sponsorships to reach different SBUs.
- Introduce new concepts and branding elements at customer touchpoints.
- Develop a high-performing team through performance tracking and capability development.
- Monitor budget utilization and conduct cost analysis.
Qualifications
- Degree in sales/marketing or related field, preferably with an MBA.
- Minimum 3+ years of management/leadership experience in Telecom/Tech/FMCG industry.
- Solid understanding of distribution, marketing, and customer relationship management.
- Proficient in analytical tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to assess data and formulate solutions.
