Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base
- Build strong customer relationships and understand their needs
- Present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and competition status
- Manage organizational sales, set targets, and track results
- Oversee sales team activities and performance regularly
- Take marketing actions to promote products and organization
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Sales and Marketing experience in any service industry
- Knowledge of GDS
- Good command of English, Sinhala, and Tamil
- Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and lead the sales team
