Job Description

An opportunity to influence and foster a culture of continuous learning. As the Assistant Manager – Learning & Development, you will drive the creation of innovative learning experiences aligned with business and employee development needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs
  • Collect, analyze divisional training needs
  • Identify external institutions for training
  • Introduce strategic learning initiatives
  • Organize induction programs
  • Administer internal trainer faculty
  • Handle financial assistance and budgeting
  • Adhere to learning policies and compliance
  • Assist in developing job descriptions
  • Manage staff communications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business Administration
  • 3-5 years experience in HR
  • Knowledge in ERP and Microsoft Office
  • Effective interpersonal & communication skills
  • Positive attitude with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Good command of English
