Job Description
An opportunity to influence and foster a culture of continuous learning. As the Assistant Manager – Learning & Development, you will drive the creation of innovative learning experiences aligned with business and employee development needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs
- Collect, analyze divisional training needs
- Identify external institutions for training
- Introduce strategic learning initiatives
- Organize induction programs
- Administer internal trainer faculty
- Handle financial assistance and budgeting
- Adhere to learning policies and compliance
- Assist in developing job descriptions
- Manage staff communications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business Administration
- 3-5 years experience in HR
- Knowledge in ERP and Microsoft Office
- Effective interpersonal & communication skills
- Positive attitude with attention to detail
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good command of English
