Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager – Learning and Development to join our Human Resources team at the Informatics Institute of Technology (IIT Campus). This role is crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within IIT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective learning and development programs that align with the institute’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisals, and regular consultations with department heads.
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for academic and non-academic staff.
• Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Collaborate with external providers for specialized training programs.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training tools.
