Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with department leadership to identify training requirements, ensuring timely information flow, follow-ups, and execution.
- Conduct departmental induction and orientation sessions for recruits.
- Manage & plan training programs, fostering collaboration between participants and facilitators.
- Address upcoming learning requirements within the department proactively.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the curation and delivery of training.
- Conduct on-site training programs by visiting branches, ensuring a hands-on and personalized approach to address specific learning needs.
- Strategically manage monthly learning reporting process within the designated team, overseeing the updating of learning hours.
- Oversee and manage leadership development and coaching initiatives for continuous employee growth.
- Manage the annual budgeting process by collecting requirements, obtaining necessary approvals, and maintaining the budget.
- Administer e-learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, by providing weekly recommendations, developing learning paths, and monitoring overall progress.
Experience
- The preferred candidate should possess 4 years of professional experience, with a demonstrated track record of 2 years in a similar role.
- Experience in MS Office.
- Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
