Role Description
- Implement Lean methodologies guided by CLE.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements to promote continuous enhancement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, provide Lean training, and address challenges using problem-solving techniques.
- Maintain accurate process documentation and analyze KPIs for insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in Lean/Manufacturing Excellence.
- Lean Practitioner Green Belt or higher certification.
- Degree in relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Physical Sciences, Statistics).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
