Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Service Delivery expert to join our Group IT team. This role will support in managing day-to-day IT services and ensuring seamless service delivery across the organization. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, aligning IT services with customer expectations, defining requirements, managing assets, and assisting with IT procurement. Qualifications required: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery, ITIL certification (advantageous), strong expertise in IT systems management, and excellent leadership skills.
