Job Description
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of proven experience in IT management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security.
- Project management experience, with a focus on timely and budgeted delivery.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Mentor and develop team members to ensure high technical expertise and efficiency.
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including network infrastructure, hardware, software, and user support.
- Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures for system security and integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify technological solutions.
- Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and maintain contracts.
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data and assets.
