We’re seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager with a knack for transactional orchestration.
- You must have at least 3 years of work experience in investment banking.
- Prepare persuasive pitches, construct comprehensive financial models, and conduct thorough financial analysis to support the decision-making process.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- CFA qualification is preferred, and we also welcome those on the path to achieving it.
- Achieve in executing financial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPOs), debt and equity offerings, and other corporate finance transactions.
