Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Coordinate with contractors/suppliers and company management for refurbishment of new Branches.
- Ensure maintenance of generators, safes, A/C machines, and fire extinguishers.
- Order and distribute stationery and supplies.
- Plan and implement security protocols for personnel and property safety.
- Manage mailroom activities and handle mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Ensure lease renewals and cost-effective negotiations.
- Tag new assets accurately and execute invoice verification.
- Develop policies to improve overall administration function.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Facility Management/Procurement.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Facility Management and administration.
- Experience in office construction/refurbishment.
- Ability to travel to branch locations nationwide independently.
