Responsibilities
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with regulations and laws on all HR matters
- Create and maintain a compensation strategy based on performance
- Facilitate KPI management and performance feedback
- Bridge management and employee expectations
- Oversee employee welfare, health & safety
Requirements and skills
- Degree in HR or related field
- Proven experience as HR Manager or Senior HR Executive
- People-oriented, results-driven, and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of HR systems, labor law, and best practices
