DESIGNATION: Assistant Manager – Talent Development & HR Operations
JOB ROLE: This role involves assisting the General Manager-HR in Talent Development, Recruitment, and HR Operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy.
- Work with Divisional Heads to align training needs with business strategies.
- Manage external training bodies, agencies, and trainers.
- Facilitate performance evaluations and organize induction programs.
- Manage recruitment to support business needs through human capital development.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in HRM or equivalent with 4 years of hands-on experience.
- Training and development qualification/experience is an advantage.
