Our client, one of the leading Tea Manufacturing companies, is looking for an Assistant Manager HR with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience in retail and food sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS systems and retail management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
