Job Responsibilities:
- Create and execute HR plans and programs aligned with company goals
- Serve as a bridge between management and staff, resolving concerns and overseeing hiring
- Develop and support human resources to meet company requirements
- Implement HR strategies and maintain a positive work environment
- Manage performance appraisal system and benefits program
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as HR Manager or HR Leader/Assistant Manager
