Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to define relevant KPIs aligned with company goals.
  • Implement performance tracking tools for real-time monitoring.
  • Regularly review KPI data and present reports to management.
  • Conduct trend analysis and recommend corrective actions for operational efficiency.
