Role Description
This is a full-time Assistant Manager Human Resources role located in Colombo. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to human resources management, employee relations, recruitment, training, and policy implementation. The Assistant Manager will work on-site to support the HR team and ensure the smooth operation of human resources functions.
Qualifications
- Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment skills
- Training and Development expertise
- Policy Implementation and Compliance knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
