Job Description
Learning & Development
- Develop and maintain a robust training calendar based on feedback.
- Conduct pre and post training evaluations for effectiveness.
- Analyze outcomes for data-driven continuous improvement.
- Maintain precise training records and handle logistical arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management
- Quality and alignment of company objectives.
- Coordinate timely completion of appraisal scores and reviews.
Industrial Relations
- Investigate customer complaints, maintain IR records.
- Draft and issue disciplinary correspondence based on investigation outcomes.
Budget Management
- Assist in meticulous HR operational budget management.
Pre-requisites
- University degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Expertise in learning & development and performance management.
- Familiarity with labour laws and industrial relations.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Cooperative team player adding value and driving contributions.
